RISKS
Five key risks and how we address them
Regulatory
The legal character of the token and Native SATI is under review, with jurisdiction-specific advice before launch.
Market
Token prices can be volatile. SATI promises no token value or return, and rewards are funded by advertiser spending, not emissions.
Reserve
Native SATI is issued only against a 1:1 public-token reserve, and reserve movements are disclosed in regular reports.
Liquidity
Converting to the public token depends on external market liquidity and on KYC and AML procedures.
Centralization
The network starts with a permissioned validator set. SATI intends to broaden participation over time and to separate governance functions.
