Q1. Is my data sold to advertisers?

No. Personal data and user lists are never sold. Advertisers can only query the size of anonymous cohorts that meet their criteria.

Q2. Where do rewards come from?

From advertisers' actual campaign spend — not from new token issuance.

Q3. What happens if I revoke my consent?

All further access and any new use of your data stop.

Q4. Are my counseling conversations used for advertising?

No. Mental care and other sensitive data are excluded from ad credential generation.

Q5. Can I sell my Data Credential?

No. Data Credentials are non-transferable; transfer, sale and use as collateral are not permitted.

Q6. Do I need to understand wallets and gas fees?

No. With the built-in smart wallet and sponsored gas, you can use SATI without any prior knowledge.

Q7. Can I send the internal coin to an external wallet?

The user who earned the coin may apply for external redemption after completing KYC/AML review.

Q8. Will the AI agent make payments from my account?

High-risk tasks require explicit per-action confirmation or are prohibited outright.
