Sensitive data principle: Highly sensitive information such as mental care, health and crisis signals is excluded from ad targeting as a matter of principle. Even where such data is needed for service improvement or safety response, separate consent, minimal collection, restricted access and limited retention periods apply.
SATI Labs is responsible for the protocol, the token, the Data Credential standard, the core brand and global business rights. SATI Co., Ltd. is responsible for app and web development and service operations in Korea. Core intellectual property, development deliverables, cost and revenue sharing, and personal data processing and cross-border transfers are to be set out in inter-company agreements and separate privacy documentation.
